Who better to know about the goodness of oats than Mornflake who have been milling oats in the South Cheshire countryside since 1675, making us the longest established miller of oats and cereal in the UK! 15 generations later they have managed to keep the family business within the family started by original miller, William Lea.     Golden syrup and fresh blueberries cold from the fridge, have it every morning without fail and then porridge with raspberry seedless jam, fresh strawberries and pieces of digestive biscuit mixed in for dessert at night. Total addict!

    At the moment I am really loving oats layered in a glass with yoghurt and fruit- in the fridge overnight and it tastes amazing. My 2 yr old calls it breakfast ice cream!
